Midgets - Practice Oct. 17-21

Midgets will practice M-W-Th for the month of October

M-3:30-5:30

W – 3:30-6:30 – watching film then out on the field.

TH-  3:30-5:30

Jr. Midgets - Practice Oct. 17-21

M-  3:30 – 5:30

W – 3:30-6:30 – watching fim then out on the field.

F – 3:30-5:30

Jr. Pee Wee’s - Practice Oct. 17-21

T – 3:30-6:30 – watching film then out on the field

TH – 3:30-5:30

F – 3:30-5:30

Mighty Mites - Practice Oct. 17-21

T – 3:30-5:30

TH – 3:30-5:30

For practice – Players will be picked up from their classrooms and taken to the practice field. All players not being picked up immediately after practice

will be taken back to daycare.

 

Important Dates:

October 22nd – AWAY GAME VS. NEVADA UNION

**GAME TIMES HAVE CHANGED. THEY ARE NOW AS FOLLOWS:

Midgets play at 9 a.m. – be there by 7:30 a.m.

Jr. Midgets play at 11 a.m. – be there by 9:30 a.m.

Jr. Pee Wee’s play at 1 p.m. – be there by 11:30 a.m.

Mighty Mites play at 3 p.m. – be there by 1:30 p.m.

Please wear WHITE jerseys but bring blue just in case.

Wear blue socks.

Nevada Union High School

Nevada Union is about and hour and a half from CCS. Please plan accordingly to make sure we are all on time. 

October 28th – Jr. Cougar Night at the High School football game. The football teams and cheer squads will be announced at half time.

 

Volunteers

For a program like Jr. Cougar Football to be successful, we need as much participation off the field as we do on the field.

We are asking for 6 hours of volunteer time per player or 8 hours per family. Please contact your team mom as soon as possible for what is needed.

If you would like to opt out of volunteering, the cost is $75.

Prayer Requests

Jr. Pee Wees

- Jaeden Rich has an anterior compression fracture in his back. He is home and doing well. Please pray for healing and adjustment to his back brace.

- Jeffery Barretto Jr. He fractured his left arm at practice last week Thursday 8/25… our prayer is that God’s glory will shine through this injury.

Midgets

- Ryan Bernal – Speedy recovery from knee injury
