*We have unusual times for school this week because of days off. Please check practice times carefully.

Midgets - Practice Oct. 10th -14th – Midgets will practice M-W-Th for the month of October

M-3:30-5:30

W – 3:30-4:30 – Watch film in Fireside room. 4:30-6:30 – practice on the field

THURSDAY-  3:30-5:30

Jr. Midgets - Practice Oct. 10th – 14th

M-  3:30 – 5:30

W – 3:30-4:30 in Mrs. Murikami’s class watching film. 4:30-6:30 on the field.

F – 3:30-5:30

Jr. Pee Wee’s - Practice Oct. 10th – 14th

T – 3:15-5:30

TH – 12:15-2:15 – School is out at 11:30. Coach will provide lunch and the boys will practice afterwards.

F – 3:30-5:30

Mighty Mites - Practice Oct. 10th – 14th

TUESDAY ONLY – 3:30-5:30

For practice – Players will be picked up from their classrooms and taken to the practice field. All players not being picked up immediately after practice

will be taken back to daycare.

Important Dates:

October 15th – Home Game vs. Lincoln.

Mighty Mites – Game at 9 a.m. – be there by 7:30 – weigh-ins will not be until 8 a.m. Please contact your team mom about the exact time Coach wants players there.

Jr. Pee Wee’s – Game at 11 a.m. – be there by 9:30

Jr. Midgets – Game at 1 p.m. – be there by 11:30 a.m.

Midgets – Game at 3 p.m. – be there by 1:30

*Please remember to wear blue socks. They are a part of the uniform and must be worn.  Blue jerseys. Bring white ones just in case.

October 28th – Jr. Cougar Night at the High School football game. The football teams and cheer squads will be announced at half time.

Volunteers

For a program like Jr. Cougar Football to be successful, we need as much participation off the field as we do on the field.

We are asking for 6 hours of volunteer time per player or 8 hours per family. Please contact your team mom as soon as possible for what is needed.

If you would like to opt out of volunteering, the cost is $75.

- Jaeden Rich has an anterior compression fracture in his back. He is home and doing well. Please pray for healing and adjustment to his back brace.

- Jeffery Barretto Jr. He fractured his left arm at practice last week Thursday 8/25… our prayer is that God’s glory will shine through this injury.

- Ryan Bernal – Speedy recovery from knee injury
